Residence Details

3 Beds  | 3.5 Baths | 4,366 sq. ft

Inspired by sprawling, Napa-style estates, this single-level 4,366-square foot home offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a media room, and an office that easily converts to an additional ensuite bedroom. Grand, vaulted ceilings create volume and lift the living areas, allowing natural light to filter throughout the home, while sliding glass doors and oversized windows create harmony between the interior and the fully landscaped outdoor spaces. The agrarian character of the design is expressed through simple and timeless materials, including stucco, limestone, and metal roofing. Interior finishes thoughtfully blend modern elements and lighter organic materials, bringing sophistication, elegance, and comfort to every room.
