Troy & Travis Means


Troy and Travis Means are 4th generation Nevadans and established HomeCrafters in 1996.  They have built more than 500 custom and semi-custom homes since then.  Distinct homes. Beautiful homes. Luxury homes. Award-winning homes. What’s more, HomeCrafters has built these homes in some of the area’s finest master plan communities, such as Caughlin Ranch, Montreux, Arrow Creek, St.James’s Village, Somersett and Saddlehorn.

Having won over 30 awards, HomeCrafters continues to be recognized year after year for quality and craftsmanship. Through all this experience, HomeCrafters has built a reputation as solid and sterling as their homes. HomeCrafters takes great pride in their service, their processes and helping their clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the build process.  Building strong working relationships with architects, realtors, subcontractors, suppliers, lenders, and, of course, most importantly, they’re homeowners.

StoneHaven Homes

StoneHaven Homes is the custom home division of StoneHaven Development, LLC, a second-generation northern Nevada development and construction company. Having built more than 50 high-end custom homes and over 500 semi-custom homes in the Northern Nevada and Tahoe region, including the 2014 HGTV Dream Home in Truckee CA, as well as more than 3,300 multifamily units, the principals of StoneHaven are able to bring its clients the professional experience not typically found with smaller custom home builders. However, while StoneHaven provides its clients with the experience of a large construction company, the principals pride themselves on the personal relationships they build with their clients. StoneHaven believes that each client deserves a full-service contractor that makes a complicated process into a streamlined one, beginning with design, permitting, HOA approvals, and all the way through the building process to completion. Additionally, with cost effective inhouse interior designers that work hand in hand with the client and the construction team, the services and construction efficiency provided by StoneHaven is second to none in the community.   

Justin Rowe

As a second-generation developer and licensed contractor, Justin Rowe began his career at Tanamera Construction in 2009. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and minor in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Justin initially concentrated on the company’s production home division as the Real Estate Sale Manager and Production Home Project Manager. During his career, he has managed numerous custom home builds and multi-family developments and was promoted to VP of Operations. While relying on both his past experiences and longstanding relationships, Justin and his partner founded StoneHaven Development to provide its clients with the professional services necessary for a successful project. Justin believes that each client deserves a full service contractor that makes a complicated process into a streamlined one – beginning with design, permitting, HOA approvals, and all the way through the building process, to completion.

Amanda Arguello


As a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree, Amanda Arguello began her career at Tanamera Construction in 2012, where she initially focused on the property management accounting and banking for affiliated entities. Over the course of 10 years Amanda was promoted to Controller and eventually CFO where she focused on the analysis and underwriting of various development projects. Amanda and her partner founded StoneHaven Development to provide a full-service experience for their clients. Utilizing her extensive experience in development and construction, Amanda not only oversees the administration and finance divisions, but also provides coordination with lenders on construction draws and budgetary updating to keep costs in line. Amanda believes transparency between Builder and client is an essential component to a Custom Home builds success.  

Shiloh Nickovich


As an Interior Design Consultant with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, Shiloh Nickovich began her career at Tanamera Construction in 2013 as an Assistant Interior Designer and Project Manager. Over the last 10 years, she has elevated to a Lead Designer working with over 40 clients to create their dream homes. An array of design aesthetics is featured in Shiloh’s portfolio; showcasing her ability to draw inspiration from just about anything. Connecting with people has become the centerpiece of Shiloh’s design process. She believes that having a true understanding of the client’s day to day living and personality is essential in creating spaces that are inspiring, comforting, and functional for each individual.


Leslie Davidson

Director of Sales and Marketing, Compass

Leslie brings years of sales in luxury properties to Glenhaven. A New York native who spent years in the real estate market there and was a member of the sales team for two significant developments in downtown Manhattan, She brings this experience as a luxury property specialist to her role as Director of Sales and Marketing for Glenhaven, elevating its profile with a creative, personal approach that consistently delivers results.

Seamus Gallagher

Gallagher Construction

Seamus Gallagher started his company to focus on custom homebuilding and remodels throughout Northern California. He began his career in construction as a carpenter and foreman, building the Village at Squaw Valley. This commercial development by Interwest transformed the base area of Squaw Valley Ski Resort from a vast parking lot to an internationally renowned resort destination. After years of honing his skills as a carpenter and foreman for other builders, Seamus got his general contractor’s license and started Gallagher Construction. He has over 20 years of construction experience in the Tahoe-Truckee area, and where his passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in each of his builds.

Derek Allen

D.S. Allen Construction

Unmatched in quality and customer satisfaction, D.S. Allen Construction is the premier custom builder in Northern Nevada. Derek Allen’s construction experience began in his teenage years, where he worked alongside his father installing cabinets. After gaining valuable experience working for other home builders, Derek founded D.S. Allen Construction with his wife Mitzi in 2005. Since then, he and his team of skilled professionals have built a wide variety of stunning custom homes and remodels that showcase their passion for building and eye for detail.
Today, he is known in the Reno/Tahoe area for his dedication to building not just homes, but lasting relationships with his clients built on trust and mutual respect. Derek takes the time to listen to his clients’ aspirations, ensuring that their vision is brought to life. D.S. Allen Construction has the experience and dedication to handle any custom home or project that a client could dream of. 

Alfred DeWitt

Associate, SWA Group

SWA is a leading landscape architecture, planning and urban design firm practicing at various scales of complexity across the U.S. and abroad. Its mission is to enhance quality of life in the public realm by creating multi-benefit places for people and nature through the power of design. Its designers are passionate about how ecological restoration and social engagement reimagine place-making and connect people with the environment in new and surprising ways. Through partnerships with public, private, institutional and nonprofit organizations the firm seeks opportunities to innovate and work across disciplines. SWA collaborates and works together with clients as active partners toward a shared vision.

Adam Giordano

Principal, Thomas Creek Development

Adam Giordano is an engineer and technologist whose career spans many disciplines including software, renewable energy, private equity, and real estate development. His background in engineering has proven invaluable during the development of Glenhaven, helping to find creative solutions to the many challenges that arise in real estate projects. He is responsible for project planning and leading the team

Roger Davidson

Principal, Thomas Creek Development

Roger Davidson began his career in upstate New York, shifting the family business from farming to building custom homes and developing subdivisions. After relocating to Houston, Texas in the late 1970’s, Roger established one of the fastest growing, privately held, building and development firms in the Southwest. Davidson Homes specialized in single- and multi-family projects in Houston and Austin, completing and selling hundreds of homes over a ten-year period. Over the last 35 years, Roger has completed a diverse range of development and construction projects in regions across the US, including condominium, luxury single family, distribution, warehouse, and industrial properties for clients in the residential, educational, retail, manufacturing, and auto industries. He is a car enthusiast who enjoys taking his grandson for a spin and spending time with family in Reno and Tahoe.
